The grouping of all the teams of engineering and technicians of the 3 main societies of IRPI allowed establishing an entity having a very strong capacity to manage entirely industrial projects.

The IRPI teams get organized around the project managers in charge of the follow-up of the business, from the studies until the realization and start of the installations and the technical equipments. The project manager also pilots directly the technical partners and the subcontractors selected according to the type of project for the manufacturing of the subsets (boiler making, industrial mechanics), the assembly, the installation and the starting up.
