The IRPI project managers can take care of the global management of the project for the customer, selecting and coordinating all the manufacturing operations of elements and subsets of equipments and technical installations developed by the engineers.

They manage and follow up the orders and schedules, and check the quality of the realizations made by their partners: factories, boilermakers, automation firms,...

Then the project managers pilot the assembly and the on-site final assembly of equipments and installations manufacturers of production process which they are in charge for.
